RSI offers a variety of ready-to-use workflow applications—such as scan to email, OCR, cloud printing, and more. You simply choose the apps that match your business needs, for example:
- Scan to Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Convert documents to searchable PDF, Word, or Excel with OCR

Set Destinations and Formats Automatically
With just a one-time setup, RSI will:
- Automatically name files (e.g., based on date, employee name, or document number)
